- Now for tadka,take kadhai,add oil or ghee,,add jeera, add paste of(onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chilli) and let it cook until oil releases. Now add all the spices then add some mashed chole(15-20) it will give a smooth texture to the gravy and add boiled chole..
